Hi, yes, the game will be complete in the steam version, it will include the Patreon quests, renamed for the occasion in "Secondary quests". And for the release date, it will be in the year, we do not know yet when. I'll give you a preview as soon as possible :)

Yeah, the Steam version is clearly taking longer than expected, but it'll be here within the year.
And yes, all quests will be available in this version! No restrictions.
